GT Body Transformation Plan is a 12 week fitness plan designed to educate you in every aspect of health, fitness and nutrition.
The plan includes a step by step guide to exercise & body workouts, nutrition recipe book, and a 12 week workout guides with clear images of all the exercises in 3 phases.
Do you have to go to the gym?
No - phase 1 of the fitness plan is all body weight exercises.
You may need to purchase some light weights, resistance bands and some medicine balls for phase 2.
Do I need to be fit to do this plan?
The fitness plan is catered for all and there are 3 separate plans for each category:
3 plans for beginners
3 plans for advanced
How soon before I see results?
With the fitness plan some people see results quicker than others. However if you follow the nutrition guide and you are consistent with the training you will start feeling better after week one and you will start seeing a change in your appearance after week 2.
Week 2-6 is where most people start seeing real progression.
What support do I get once I have purchased the 12 week fitness plan?
